I think this gift is such a fun idea, and I’m happy with the product itself. The wooden box it came in, however, was very flimsy and came broken. I noticed there was an up charge for a nicer container, which maybe I should have done. Still, it was disappointing to open the package to broken wood. At least the product itself was ok.

I bought one for my wife and I for Valentine's Day and used the immediately promo to get a second one for my mother for her birthday of me and my sister. I do wish there was a little more communication from the vendor such as what they do with extra spaces when the two names are not the same length beside a heart? Not enough to downgrade it from five stars since I know how reviews work. I would order again.

The item arrived broken. Not enough time to return and get it back in time for her birthday. The top of the box had come loose and had to be clued back on.
